It’s simple, read the router configuration manual and you should be able to find it there. If you have lost the manual, you can try to download a copy from router vendor website.
The other method is to check the following website to locate the router passwords, it can be router manufactured by Linksys, Cisco, Belkin, Dlink, Netgear, Trendnet, USRobotics, 3Com, etc:
